I know that it will be hard for you with a cold & all but just think of how great you will look in those size 12 jeans - I have that picture in my mind:)) Keep at it honey I'm praying for you:))
Great job! You are doing so awesome! Don't get discouraged and keep focused on the end goal. I too wish we could lose 4 pounds every week, that would be nice, LOL.
Kimmie: Keep up the great work! You are amazing as always when you put your mind to something. I love watching your success each week. I know you can do it!!
Well if my math is correct you've not only gotten out of the 200's but you've lost a total of 13.45 lbs to date. That is AWESOME and really FABULOUS, great job! I am so proud of you and inspired by your dedication and focus. Keep up the great work.
Kim: The other day you wrote that you hope to make this month's goal! Well, I just want you to remember...please do not get discouraged! I know...easier said than done...but your blog is so positive. You go to the gym, you are not tempted...may be tempted, but you do not give in! GREAT for you! Just that alone should help carry you! You have will power...and the power of God on your side!!! Keep up that great work Kim! It's showing in numbers!
You are an inspiration for all of us. We need to take the bull by the horns & strive for our life's passions. God is on your side & will be coaching you to the end! Yipee -- you go girl:))
Kim: That's wonderful that Pat is joining you. Now you have more accountability. Not that you need it, but an encourager and company. How positive this is becoming for your family! It's a great journey to share together as a family.
Wahoo!!! Another subtraction! :) Good for you! Do not be discouraged at the small numbers! You are doing great! Just remember, you are going to the gym. When you use those muscles...they do have a tendency to become firm and weigh more. Keep that in mind!
I was just checking on your progress and how awesome. You are doing so great by consistently losing weight each week. What great focus and drive you have. You should be proud! Keep up the great work!
Excellent job my friend! That is truly amazing! Your inches lost...how excellent! And your mini goal...not far away! I know its hard work, but its showing in numbers!
Woo Hoo!!! Another highly successful week! Two more pounds lost is fabulous, plus all those inches, how exciting! All your hard work is paying off, and before you know it you will be at your goal weight. Just keep focusing on the end goal because I fully believe if you focus on it and visualize it, you will make it happen.
Getting closer to your goal! :) Way to go! It is so great to see your progress. Thank you so much for sharing it with us! I'm still praying for strenth, encouragement and of course, weight loss!
