  1. Hi Honey,

So glad you are feeling better. It's all that sugar and white flour that dulls the mind & packs on pounds.

I'm praying for you as you take on this happy journey:))

    Love you,
    Mom

  18. Kim: The other day you wrote that you hope to make this month's goal! Well, I just want you to remember...please do not get discouraged! I know...easier said than done...but your blog is so positive. You go to the gym, you are not tempted...may be tempted, but you do not give in! GREAT for you! Just that alone should help carry you! You have will power...and the power of God on your side!!! Keep up that great work Kim! It's showing in numbers!

That's wonderful that Pat is joining you. Now you have more accountability. Not that you need it, but an encourager and company. How positive this is becoming for your family! It's a great journey to share together as a family.

My prayers are still with you!

  21. Good Morning Kim!

Wahoo!!! Another subtraction! :) Good for you! Do not be discouraged at the small numbers! You are doing great! Just remember, you are going to the gym. When you use those muscles...they do have a tendency to become firm and weigh more. Keep that in mind!

Have a blessed day! Still in my prayers!
